1 Visa Exemption Agreement between Croatia and Japan
Japan has taken measures concerning the Visa Exemption Arrangements with Croatia. Croatian nationals with valid Croatian passport are not required to obtain a visa to enter Japan when the purpose of their visit is tourism, commerce, conference, visit to relatives/acquaintances. However, when Croatian nationals engage in paid activities in Japan, or the period of stay exceeds the maximum period of 90 days, visas will be required to enter Japan.

4. Certificate of Eligibility*
*Please, ask your inviters in Japan to send you this document issued by the Immigration office in Japan.
The visas are issued free of charge.
3 Notes
If you don't succeed to obtain the Certificate of Eligibility, it is highly recommended to apply for a visa several weeks before your departure considering the time that it might take to examine the required documents.

6 Fees
Visa request fees are charged according to the price list below.
Croatian citizens are exempt from fees on visa requests.
